Partner payout policy

Last updated: July 2026

This policy applies to verified Toursby partners (local guides and travel agencies) who receive earnings through the partner wallet. By requesting a withdrawal you agree to these rules.

1. How you earn

  • When a traveler pays, funds are held in escrow until the trip is delivered.
  • Your net earning per booking equals the tour price total minus the Toursby commission (service fee).
  • After you mark a trip as completed, escrow is released to your wallet as withdrawable balance.

2. Standard withdrawal (after trip completion)

Default rule: payouts are sent to your registered bank account only from released earnings — that is, after the associated trip has been completed on the platform.

  • Minimum withdrawal: USD $1.00 (or equivalent shown in your wallet).
  • You must save accurate bank account details before submitting a request.
  • All requests are reviewed manually by Toursby finance. Processing typically takes 3–7 business days after approval.
  • Withdrawals may be delayed or frozen if there is an open dispute, fraud review, or compliance check on your account.

3. Advance withdrawal (before trip completion)

We understand partners sometimes need funds before departure — for fuel, supplies, equipment, or emergencies. Toursby offers a limited advance program under strict conditions:

  • You may request up to 30% of your current escrow-held (not yet released) net earnings.
  • Advance requests require a clear, reasonable explanation (minimum 30 characters) and category (equipment, supplies, emergency, cash flow, or other).
  • Every advance is subject to admin approval. Toursby may reject requests that lack sufficient justification or pose risk.
  • Approved advances are deducted from your future released balance for the related bookings. You cannot withdraw the same funds twice.
  • Abuse of the advance program (false reasons, repeated requests, or dispute patterns) may result in account suspension.

4. What reduces your balance

  • Traveler refunds and chargebacks on affected bookings.
  • Disputes resolved in the traveler's favor.
  • Previously approved withdrawals (standard and advance).
  • Platform commission — already deducted before net earnings are shown.

5. Tax and compliance

Partners are responsible for reporting and paying taxes on their earnings in their jurisdiction. Agencies must maintain valid business registration where required. Toursby may request updated KYC or banking documents at any time.
